Tutto Sport, a local favourite for over 40 years, had a straightforward problem: a warehouse full of stock that they needed to sell, quickly. The key was to launch a major sales campaign that delivered immediate results without cheapening the respected brand they had spent decades building.
Guesswork is expensive. Instead of risking the entire budget on a single, unproven campaign, MYC proposed what we would consider a smarter, two-step plan.
First, we ran a small-scale test campaign. This was our intelligence-gathering phase. Using a fraction of the budget, we tested different visuals and messages across social media channels to see what customers actually responded to, and what drove sales – not just vanity metrics. It gave us clear, undeniable proof of what worked and, just as importantly, what didn’t. In parallel, we worked hand-in-hand with our client to ensure that on an operational level, the influx of footfall was being adequately managed.
Once we had the winning formula, we launched the main event. We confidently put the full budget behind the creative and channels we knew would deliver the best results. Our team handled everything, from creating the visuals and managing the social media campaign to designing posters for the shopfront, ensuring the entire experience felt connected for their customers.
