Our strategy was to centralise all condominium operations into a single, intuitive digital platform. We designed and developed a secure, responsive system built on a robust technical foundation: a React.js front-end for a seamless user experience, supported by a powerful Node.js/Express.js back-end and PostgreSQL database for reliability. Security was paramount and handled through JWT authentication, while automated email and SMS notifications were integrated to keep all parties informed in real time. This technical framework enabled us to create a single source of truth that fosters transparency and empowers both residents and administrators.
