
316 approached MYC to develop a new brand identity. One of the key elements in this new brand exercise was the creation of a simple and minimalistic logo that creates a good and lasting first impression. Being in the property sales and rental sphere, the logo was created with consistency to the industry in mind. The logo adopts a concept which reminds us about building blocks, consistent with the property theme. Together with the creation of this logo, MYC also assisted 316 with its new stationery including business cards, letterheads and envelopes.

We have provided 316 with the layout of the website, which was prepared by our design department. We made sure everything followed the brand new guidelines whilst maintaining a modern look which is easy to navigate and to understand for both the client and regular users.
